A Prestigious order for Kliklok-Woodman

Bulgarian bakery company Prestige is about to take delivery of a Kliklok SFR end load cartoner, to add to their recent purchase of a Kliklok CCI, a compact intermittent cartoner.
Following the efficient performance of the CCI, Prestige asked K-W to provide a new end load solution to pack flow wrapped trays of biscuits for its plant in Veliko Tarnavo. The SFR was recommended & chosen for its short footprint and its robust stainless steel construction, capable of packing 120 cartons per minute.
The machine's modular design concept allows the ability to accept a variety of infeed options. Prestige chose a hand-load infeed, so the operator places the product into the flighted infeed conveyor. This is the most economical option, ideal for customers looking to transition to automated production.
The SFR's efficient footprint is almost 25% shorter and narrower than competitive systems, and combines high floor clearance with inner sloping plates for easy machine access and cleaning.
