Kliklok supplies equipment to Arla Foods

Kliklok-Woodman has just supplied one of its Quicksilver Shrinkwrapping machines to Arla Foods dairy in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire, U.K.
Prompted by increased business, Arla Foods chose the stainless steel QSSF600 model, with an integrated shrink tunnel unit, to shrinkwrap groups of 8 plastic 1pint rectangular bottles in a 4x2 format at speeds up to 22 packs per minute.
The Kliklok Quicksilver range of shrinkwrappers offer a variety of collator options, suitable for handling cartons, bottles, cans and containers. The machines can use LDPE, PP, PVC or other shrink films and are designed for a wide range of speed applications and products - single or multipacks.
Arla Foods has been a long-standing Kliklok customer for many years, and in addition to the shrinkwrappers, has installed Kliklok Trolley Loading machines at several of its dairies throughout the U.K. This range of machines is designed to collate filled plastic bottles and load them automatically into shelved trolleys or roll containers - ready for the supermarket aisles.
