Kliklok goes to Paradise

Kliklok-Woodman will shortly be installing a product handling & cartoning line for Paradise Foods, an Australian company based in Queensland, specialising in high quality cookies and crackers.
The requirement was to carton a variety of flow wrapped crackers in single and double counts, and also a single bag of loose crackers, at speeds of up to 130 cartons per minute. Paradise Foods, already a loyal K-W customer, chose the Kliklok MSR end loader, integrated with a TRAC - a right angle product collation and transfer system, fitted with overhead belts to ensure positive control of the light weight cracker products at speed.
The MSR is equipped with Kliklok's unique and patented rotary carton feeding mechanism to positively pull, rather than sweep, the carton out of the hopper and transfer it into the flight chains in the same direction as the carton chain travel. In doing so, it gently pulls the carton into shape - reducing damage to the cartons and enables lighter weight (GSM) board to be run with confidence.
This combination of benefits offers Paradise Foods the flexibility and efficiency to run their wide range of different products and carton sizes on the same line, and compliments their existing range of reliable Kliklok equipment.
