Glanbia buys Kliklok Trolley Loaders

In the UK, liquid milk has been 'shelf ready' for many years with virtually all major supermarkets displaying their milk in wheeled trolleys. Consumers get a good view of the product, the movement of high volumes of milk around the store is very easy, and shelf replenishment is fast and simple.
After considering several manufacturers worldwide to pack their 2 litre polybottles of milk, Glanbia Foods in Ireland called on Kliklok to supply a TL5 Trolley Loader for their dairy plant in Drogheda, Co. Louth. Glanbia decided that the Kliklok offered the most robutst equipment, and would cope with the huge variations in their trolley population.
Glanbia's Project Manager, Declan O'Brien, said "Kliklok delivered, installed and commissioned the machine on time and with no hiccups. The operators find the machine easy to run, and we are pleased to see that it is capable of handling all the variations in our trolleys. We would definitely consider buying more Kliklok Trolley Loaders"
Kliklok have now supplied over 60 TL machines for the UK Dairy Industry, and also supply shrinkwrappers for collating milk bottles and wraparound cartoners for sleeving trays, pots and tubs.
