Repeat order for Kliklok Display Card Loader

Kliklok Woodman is about to install another Display Card Loader for snackfood company MARBO Products. Marbo was so pleased with the operation and efficiency of the D.C.L. at their Serbian plant that they ordered an identical machine for their factory in Bosnia.
As the only commercial manufacturer worldwide for this equipment, Kliklok developed & designed this unique machine to automatically attach bags to display cards, for point of sale presentation in shops, bars and off licences.
Ideally suited to integrate with a Kliklok Woodman bag maker, the Display Card Loader is a high performance machine designed for twenty-four hour operation. The machine loads and inserts filled bags onto the display cards without the use of staples or glue. The cards have a pattern of locking slots to retain the bags firmly in place during distribution and display, yet still allowing the bags to be easily removed at point of sale.
The machine principle is based on two indexing conveyors, one feeds bags to a pick and place mechanism, the other delivers the display card to be filled.
