The reliable and space-efficient Compak II is the modernization of one of the industry's leading bagmakers. It's been updated with advanced electronics and servo motors for supreme reliability and lowered maintenance.
The Cyclone SF, with its unique hypocycloidal sealing jaw motion, provides a number of standard features specifically designed for the snack food industry, including: programmable product stripping and dual-servo product clamp and settler.
The Gemini II, a twin bagmaker that builds on the legacy of the Polaris II, provides the ultimate productivity in a bagmaker. It's capable of simultaneously producing two distinct bag styles for one product (if fed by a twin-discharge weigher) or two products.
KW will also be promoting the reliability and durability of their machines (a large percentage of the 20,000+ machines that Kliklok and Woodman have built over the last 60 years are still in operation!) as well as the commonalities between the products: off-the-shelf PLCs, servo motors, quick-change former assemblies and KW's exclusive InsightŪ Color Touch Screen Operator Interface.
But the coup-de-grace at this year's show is not a machine. It's a software application that analyzes a factory's true production statistics and determines the best machines to install to meet or exceed the production goals.
