Genesis Closer The GLC, Kliklok's high-speed lugless-style carton closer is designed to seal tri-seal, top-load cartons with hot-melt adhesive at speeds up to 250 cartons per minute. The Genesis Closer features tandem belt carton transport for positive carton control without lugs. This permits random carton arrival and infeed timing, faster speeds, a wide carton size range, and fast changeover. The GLC's unique carton turning bed insures positive charlotte sealing, reduced carton jams and greater line efficiency. MGLC The Mini GLC is Kliklok's short-footprint lugless-style carton closer. It is ideal for automatic sealing of hinge-cover, tri-seal-style, top-load cartons with hot-melt adhesive at speeds up to 120 cartons per minute. The reduced-scale, straight-line, lugless design is based on the highly successful Genesis carton closer.
