GC550 The Certiwrap GC-550 is a wraparound carrier cartoner suitable for packaging a large assortment of tall-profile glass bottles, cans, and plastic and paperboard containers at speeds up to 100 cpm. It accepts products at random and automatically indexes, groups and wraps them in an economical paperboard carrier. Double-row “Over-the-Crown” packs, single-row Stickpaks, Stackpaks, SplitPaks, individual Unipaks and other packaging styles can be handled. Once indexed, the GC-550 uses the product as a mandrel around which the uniquely die-cut carton blank is formed and closed with locks or hot-melt adhesive. Contact us for more information. |
