Overview
The EVOLUTION-PZ is designed to produce Doyen-style and three-sided sealed bags, with or without zipper at speeds up to 200 BPM. Full servo motor control maximizes the machine's reliability, repeatability, and easy changeover while using a fraction of the floor space of typical horizontal form fill seal systems. And, the "PZ" shares the industry leading technology of the Evolution including, patented, independently phased, twin sealing jaws that virtually eliminate lost cycle time. A unique center mounted filling tube and natural counterbalanced sealing profile provides vibration free, extremely smooth operation at all speeds. Our color graphic InsightŪ operator interface coupled with "off-the-shelf" PLC controls insures industry leading ease-of use and the highest reliability.
