Kliklok cartoning machinery has been synonymous with frozen foods since we designed and built the first lock-formed (Klik-Lok) carton formers to speed the packaging of fresh vegetables for frozen distribution. Frozen foods — initially, in response to the introduction of home freezers some fifty-plus years ago — have steadily become more sophisticated to include frozen and refrigerated prepared foods and entrees. Over that time, many top-name producers have turned to Kliklok-Woodman to meet the equally sophisticated packaging demands. We began as an innovator in this industry and remain an innovator — clearly on the forefront with several unique technologies that are Kliklok-Woodman exclusives. Kliklok endload cartoning solutions are not designed from a “general purpose” perspective. Topload
As we’ve said before, the name Kliklok is synonymous with topload cartoning systems. We invented the mechanical lock-formed carton and have consistently led the industry with product innovation — from lock-formers and glue-formers to our new Variable pitch carton closers.

VFFS
Kliklok-Woodman is a leading supplier of vertical-form-fill-seal systems to the snack food, bakery, confectionery, and frozen food industries. Wraparound
Kliklok-Woodman’s “Certipak” cartoners were pioneers in wraparound cartoning — a technique which uses less materials without reducing any of the billboard effect. Today, this economical, innovative and more-popular-by-the day package style is not a focus for most manufacturers. Our role as one of the original developers in this arena has allowed us to be involved with many different applications. And we offer multiple machines to handle everything from single-component packages to stacked and multiple-component packaging.
